Before you can book coaching, you will need to make a Metafy account. You will also need to join Discord and sync Discord with your Metafy account.
To Find a Coach:
Navigate to your uploaded replay videos in your Media Library and use the review interface to directly select and book a coach;
Follow a coach’s Metafy link; or
Use the Metafy home page to browse your game and find a coach.
To Book a Review from a Coach Profile:
Go to your chosen coach’s profile and click Book a Lesson.
Click Replay Review. Take note of your coach’s delivery time. This will tell you how soon you can expect to receive your completed review.
Attach your replay video(s) and Confirm.
Answer any questions the coach requires. Be as specific as possible so your coach can tailor your lesson to help you meet your goals. You Save Session.
Pick your payment method and enter any details, then hit Continue. You’ll see a Booking Confirmed screen, and your booking will be visible on your dashboard as Pending.
At this point, you’re just waiting for your coach to accept the booking. Once your coach confirms, you can sit back, knowing you’re all set. You’ll get status updates through the channels you set up in your profile. (Email, Discord, etc.) You’ll also get notifications through Metafy chat and your Dashboard.
Booking opens up Metafy chat between you and your coach, so if you have any questions or concerns, you can contact your coach directly through chat.
Please note that if the coach doesn’t accept your booking within 48 hours or by its scheduled date, the unit will become redeemable so you can reschedule. If you’d prefer to have a refund, either to your Metafy account or your original payment method, please contact Support.
