Buying things online always feels risky, especially if you’ve been burned before. We get it. That’s why we’ve built Metafy to make sure your money and your experience are protected—no nonsense, no getting ghosted.

Here’s how we look out for you:

You always get what you paid for—or we fix it.

If a Metafy Partner flakes, cancels, or doesn’t deliver what was promised, reach out. We’ll investigate and either nudge them to make it right or process a refund. You won’t get the runaround.

Payments are secure.

All transactions go through trusted payment processors like Stripe. We don’t store your card info, and we review suspicious activity to prevent fraud.

Got a problem? Talk to us.

If something feels off, let us know. We can usually resolve it faster than your bank can file a chargeback—and with less drama. But if you do dispute through your bank, we’ll deal with it on our end and make sure you’re taken care of.

You choose who to book.

Metafy is an open platform—anyone can list their services. That said, we surface creators who consistently deliver quality. Check their reviews, testimonials, and ranking. If they’re crushing it, it shows.

In short: we’re not perfect, but we’re people. And we give a damn.
