Metafy Refund Policy (Updated)

Metafy is a platform where independent gamers ("Metafy Partners") run their own businesses, offering:

  • 1:1 sessions

  • Multi-session packages

  • Guides

  • Events

  • Paid communities (monthly subscriptions)

Metafy facilitates the transaction and support process but does not directly provide these services. Because each Partner operates independently, they are responsible for delivering their services, handling first-level support, and deciding whether to allow a refund.


โœ… Whatโ€™s Refundable?

Yes โ€“ Full refund to original payment method within 90 days (Full refund to Metafy Wallet if purchased more than 90 days ago but less than 180 days)

Bulk sessions (unused)

Yes โ€“ Only if no sessions have been used

Bulk sessions (partially used)

No โ€“ The entire package becomes non-refundable once any session is used

Guides, Events, Paid Communities

No โ€“ These are digital goods and non-refundable

Legacy memberships

Yes โ€“ Only if canceled within 72 hours of purchase


โณ Time Limits on Refunds

  • Refunds within 90 days of purchase may be returned to your original payment method.

  • Refunds between 91โ€“180 days are only eligible for Metafy site credit.

  • Refunds beyond 180 days from the purchase date are not possible, regardless of reason.


๐Ÿ” How to Request a Refund

  1. Message your Metafy Partner directly
    Reach out via Metafy Chat or Discord.

  2. If no reply in 48 hours, escalate to Metafy:


๐Ÿšซ Whatโ€™s Not Refundable

  • Completed sessions (including missed sessions by the user or student)

  • Tips (non-refundable by default)

  • Processing fees (directly go to our payment processors)

  • Platform fees (non-refundable by default to keep the lights on, Metafy Team to make the final call)

  • Gift cards once redeemed

  • Digital content (Guides, Events, perks and exclusive content from Paid Tiers)

  • Anything older than 6 months


๐Ÿค Partner Discretion

Even though we follow this refund policy, Metafy Partners may choose to issue a refund at their discretion โ€” itโ€™s their money. If they approve it, weโ€™ll process the refund, even if it falls outside of our standard eligibility window.


๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ For Metafy Partners

As a Partner, youโ€™re responsible for:

  • Delivering services as described

  • Handling first-level support and refund requests

  • Responding to refund messages within 48 hours

Metafy may intervene and force a refund or withdraw funds from your account if:

  • You breach our platform policies

  • You are unresponsive or engage in fraudulent behavior


โš ๏ธ Chargebacks & Disputes

When issues come up between a Partner and a client, we do our best to review everything fairly. For now, all disputes are handled internally and decisions are based on the evidence provided by both sides.

To prevent unnecessary deductions and delays, Partners are expected to resolve issues directly with clients whenever possible. Repeated disputes or suspected misuse may lead to an account review or removal from the platform.
