Metafy is a platform where independent gamers ("Metafy Partners") run their own businesses, offering:
1:1 sessions
Multi-session packages
Guides
Events
Paid communities (monthly subscriptions)
Metafy facilitates the transaction and support process but does not directly provide these services. Because each Partner operates independently, they are responsible for delivering their services, handling first-level support, and deciding whether to allow a refund.

โณ Time Limits on Refunds
Refunds within 90 days of purchase may be returned to your original payment method.
Refunds between 91โ180 days are only eligible for Metafy site credit.
Refunds beyond 180 days from the purchase date are not possible, regardless of reason.

Completed sessions (including missed sessions by the user or student)
Tips (non-refundable by default)
Processing fees (directly go to our payment processors)
Platform fees (non-refundable by default to keep the lights on, Metafy Team to make the final call)
Gift cards once redeemed
Digital content (Guides, Events, perks and exclusive content from Paid Tiers)
Anything older than 6 months
๐ค Partner Discretion
Even though we follow this refund policy, Metafy Partners may choose to issue a refund at their discretion โ itโs their money. If they approve it, weโll process the refund, even if it falls outside of our standard eligibility window.

As a Partner, youโre responsible for:
Delivering services as described
Handling first-level support and refund requests
Responding to refund messages within 48 hours
Metafy may intervene and force a refund or withdraw funds from your account if:
You breach our platform policies
You are unresponsive or engage in fraudulent behavior
โ ๏ธ Chargebacks & Disputes
When issues come up between a Partner and a client, we do our best to review everything fairly. For now, all disputes are handled internally and decisions are based on the evidence provided by both sides.
To prevent unnecessary deductions and delays, Partners are expected to resolve issues directly with clients whenever possible. Repeated disputes or suspected misuse may lead to an account review or removal from the platform.
