Here’s how we’ve got you:
We review the weird stuff.
Our team keeps an eye out for payments that look off—like someone bulk-buying sessions with a stolen card—we’ll flag it, investigate, and hold off on payouts until we’re sure it’s legit.
Chargebacks don’t just disappear.
If a buyer files a chargeback, we’ll review it and notify you if it affects your wallet. If you want to fight it, we’re here to help. If we win, great—no fees. If we lose, the full chargeback amount plus a $15 dispute fee will be deducted from your payout. We don’t like it either, but that’s how payment processors work.
Refunds are mostly your call.
We don’t force refunds unless you vanish or something super sketchy happens. We’ll usually reach out first, get the full story, and try to make it fair for everyone. You’re the boss of your business—we’re just here to support it.
We’ll hold payouts if something’s sus.
Not to be dramatic, but if a payment smells like fraud, we’ll freeze it temporarily while we figure it out. It’s rare, but it’s better than watching hundreds of dollars disappear to a scammer.
We don’t babysit, but we don’t look away.
Metafy is open to everyone. We don’t gatekeep who becomes a Partner—but we do pay attention. If you’re doing great work, it shows in your reviews and rankings. If something’s off, we’ll reach out and figure it out together.
