Building a business is tough enough without worrying about tricky payments or ghosting. We don’t control your business, we protect it.
We review the unusual stuff
If a payment looks suspicious — for example, lots of purchases at once or patterns that don’t make sense — we’ll flag it, investigate, and temporarily hold payouts until we’re confident it’s legit.
Disputes are handled internally
When a client raises a dispute, we review it carefully and fairly. Our team evaluates the evidence provided by both the Partner and the client to determine the best outcome.
If the decision favors the client, the corresponding amount will be refunded from the Partner’s account.
Our goal is to handle these situations transparently and efficiently while protecting both our Partners and their clients.
Refunds are largely up to you
We won’t force refunds unless something seriously problematic occurs or you become unresponsive. Our process is to gather context, understand both sides, and help facilitate a fair resolution.
Payouts may be held if needed
If a transaction seems risky, we may temporarily freeze the payout while we conduct our investigation. Yes, it’s rare but we’d rather be cautious than let funds disappear.
We stay vigilant, but not controlling
Metafy is open to everyone. We don’t gatekeep who becomes a Partner but we do monitor patterns, behaviors, and feedback. If things look off, we’ll reach out and figure it out together.
Bottom line: We’re here to make sure you can do your best work, without getting caught in unfair or shady situations.
