What If the Metafy Partner Misses the Session?

Partners are advised to wait at least 15 minutes past the start time for you—and we ask the same of Players. Sometimes life gets in the way or tech fails. If it’s been more than 15 minutes, move on to the next step.

Send them a quick note on Metafy chat or Discord. Let them know you showed up and waited. Give them a chance to explain or offer a reschedule—they might’ve had an emergency, power outage, or a time zone mix-up.

Missing a session without communication isn’t something we take lightly. Partners are expected to show up and be professional. We track these reports and take action if someone is consistently ghosting.
