Our official Refund Policy is as follows:
If you have purchased Coaching Services and have not attended a coaching session or otherwise utilized the Coaching Services, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from your date of purchase (the “Refund Window”) by contacting Metafy at firstname.lastname@example.org, in which case Metafy will refund the Coaching Fees and Platform fees to your original payment method. If you have not utilized the Coaching Services and request a refund after the Refund Window, Metafy will refund the Coaching Fees and Platform Fees to your account on the Service as credit which can only be used on the Service. In the event you are unhappy with the Coaching Services that you’ve received and would like a refund, please contact Metafy at email@example.com and Metafy may in its sole discretion provide a refund.

In other words:
Refunds are done on request, not automatically.
To request a refund, contact Support as follows:
Refunds include platform fees.
If a lesson (live session or replay review) has taken place, it is not eligible for a refund.
With Training Plans, the completion of any lesson in that plan makes the purchase nonrefundable.
Refunds can be either in the form of Metafy site credit or a refund to your credit card or PayPal, but:
You can only receive a credit card or PayPal refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If the 30-day window has passed (or if you prefer), you will receive your refund as site credit.
If there has been a problem, let us know. We want you to be happy. Please keep in mind, however, that we are limited by the terms of both payment services and our Experts’ return policies.
Metafy Memberships have their own refund rules, as follows:
Refunds for Metafy Memberships are available within 72 hours of purchase or 30 minutes of content watched, whichever comes first.
If you purchased a Metafy Membership and have watched more than 30 minutes of content, your subscription is considered nonrefundable.
If you purchased a Metafy Membership more than 72 hours ago, your subscription is considered nonrefundable regardless of how much content has been watched.
Refunds and partial refunds can only be made back to the original credit card that was used to purchase the Membership.
Group Session Refunds
The rules for Group Session refunds are as follows:
A Group Session is refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the Group Session.
In the case of a multi-week Group Session, the 48-hour window only applies to the first session, and after that time has passed, the Group Session becomes nonrefundable.
Even if you cannot make the Session, or do not wish to continue with a Group’s remaining sessions, no refunds are available after 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
