Not all purchases are refundable.

Refund Policy

Our official Refund Policy is as follows:

If you have purchased Partner Services and have not attended a Partnering session or otherwise utilized the Partner Services, you may request a refund within 90 calendar days from your date of purchase (the “Refund Window”) by contacting the Metafy Partner from whom you made the purchase. If you have purchased Partner Services and have not attended a Partnering session or otherwise utilized the Partner Services, you may request a refund to your original payment source within 90 calendar days from your date of purchase (the “Refund Window”) by contacting Metafy at support@metafy.gg, in which case Metafy will refund the fees to your original payment method.

Details

In other words:

  • Refunds are done on request by your Pro, not automatically.

  • To request a refund, contact your Pro either on Discord or Metafy Chat.

  • If you don’t hear from your coach after 48 hours, contact Support as follows:

  • If a session has taken place, it is not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds can be either in the form of Metafy site credit or a refund to your credit card or PayPal, but:

    • You can only receive a credit card or PayPal refund within 90 days of your purchase.

    • If the 90-day window has passed (or if you prefer), you will receive your refund as site credit.

  • If there has been a problem, let us know. We want you to be happy. Please keep in mind, however, that we are limited by the terms of both payment services and our Pros’ return policies.

  • If your Metafy Partner leaves the platform and you have unredeemed lessons with them, you can request partial credit to your Metafy account up to 180 days from purchase.

  • Anything older than 180 days is non-refundable.

  • Processing fees are non-refundable as these go to our payment processor.

  • Tips, by default, are non-refundable but it can be returned if the Metafy Partner allows it.

  • Platform fees are non-refundable but may be refunded upon the discretion of the Metafy Support staff you are in contact with.

  • Gift cards that have been redeemed are non-refundable.

Bulk Sessions

  • With bulk purchases, the completion of any lesson in that purchase makes the purchase nonrefundable — unless the Metafy Partner chooses to refund at their discretion.

  • If your coach leaves the platform and you have unredeemed lessons with them, you can receive partial credit to your Metafy account up to 180 days from purchase

  • Anything older than 180 days is non-refundable.

Metafy Pro Membership Refunds

Metafy Pro Memberships have their own refund rules, as follows:

  • Refunds for Metafy Pro Memberships are available within 72 hours of purchase.

  • If you purchased Metafy Pro more than 72 hours ago, your subscription is considered nonrefundable.

  • Refunds and partial refunds can only be made back to the original credit card that was used to purchase the Membership.
