What If I Haven’t Heard from My Metafy Partner?

Booked a session but haven’t gotten a response yet? Let’s walk through what to expect and what you can do.

Step 1: Don’t panic (yet)

After booking a session, your request goes to the Partner for approval. They’ll usually respond within 24–48 hours. You’ll get an email or Discord notification when they do.

📌 Heads up: Sessions are not confirmed until the Partner accepts the request. All requests expire after 48 hours if not confirmed by the Partner, and all unscheduled sessions made within the last 90 days are refundable.

Step 2: Check Your Messages

Your coach may have already reached out through Metafy chat or Discord. Here’s how to check:

  • On Metafy: Click the chat icon in the bottom-left corner, which will open a chat window next to your right sidebar.

  • On Discord: Make sure you’ve linked your account and accepted any friend or server requests.

Step 3: Message Them First

Still nothing? Go ahead and message your Partner directly via their profile or your booking page. Keep it casual and polite—something like:

“Hey! Just checking in to see if you’ve seen my session request. Let me know if the time works for you!”

Step 4: Contact Support

If you don’t hear back within 48 hours, email support@metafy.gg and we’ll step in. We can nudge them, help reschedule, or cancel your booking if needed. We will be able to refund your purchase as site credits or to your payment method, whichever you prefer.


A Few Things to Know:

  • Your session is refundable as long as it is unscheduled within 90 days from purchase date.

  • Most Partners reply fast, but if they ghost, we want to know.
