If you schedule a live Metafy lesson, and then you don’t show up or reschedule, it’s up to your Metafy Pro to figure out how to proceed. They might offer to reschedule; they may offer you an async review as a replacement; they might offer you an account credit; or they might consider their time spent in waiting for you as paid time. Metafy lessons are, by definition, non-refundable, because your coach gets paid whether you show up or not.
