Here you will find solutions to common problems with your Discord server-Metafy Clubs connection.

Problem: Metafybot won't assign roles.

Try: Make sure Metafybot is sitting above the roles you want it to assign.

Problem: Your Supporters are trying to claim Discord role perk, but "Join Server" isn't working?

Try: Make sure you have a public #text-channel that anyone being invited to your server could enter without any special roles. Once you're in go to Settings -> Permissions -> Advanced Permissions -> Select Metafy on the left-hand rail:

Once you've done that, scroll down Advanced Permissions to Membership Permissions, and make sure Create Invite has a green checkmark:

Problem: You've added new roles to your Server, but they aren't showing up in your Club Settings.

Try: Refreshing roles. Go to your Club -> Settings -> Discord roles.
