Not every session on Metafy is scheduled right away. Some Players pay for their Sessions first and schedule later. This usually happens if you’re buying multiple sessions at once or want to coordinate around your availability.

This flexibility is by design, so you can lock in time with your Metafy Partner without needing to pick a time slot on the spot. This guide will walk you through how to schedule your sessions once you're ready.

Step 1: Log In

Make sure you're logged in to the Metafy account that paid for the session or bundle.

Step 2: Go to "My Stuff"

On Metafy, click the My Stuff icon in the top-left corner, then select “View all” next to "My Sessions." This page shows every session booked on your account, including upcoming, completed, and unscheduled ones.

Step 3: Choose a Session to Schedule

If you've already booked with a Metafy Partner, any available sessions will appear automatically.

  • Click the yellow clock to reschedule or schedule—it opens a calendar based on your Partner’s availability. Times are displayed in your local time zone (you can update this in your settings).

  • You can also click the ... button to open session settings. From here, you can:

    • Chat with your Metafy Partner

    • Answer intake questions (if any)

    • Reschedule

    • Cancel (by sending them a message)

Step 4: Confirm and Show Up

Once scheduled, your session is locked in. You’ll get a confirmation email and/or Discord message. From there, your coach or creator will guide you through next steps.

Can’t Find Your Session?

  • Double-check you’re logged into the right Metafy account.

  • Go to support@metafy.gg or message us on Discord and we’ll help sort it out.

Sessions and bundles don’t expire right away, so don’t worry—you’ve got time to use them. But if you’re sitting unscheduled, go ahead and put it on your calendae. You’ve got progress to make!
