After running hundreds of Events, weโve found that the sweet spot for your promo campaign is 15-18 days.
That means if you launch your Event today, the ideal Event date should be 15-18 days from now. Could you go shorter or longer? Sure. But this range gives you time to:
โ๏ธ Promote your Event 3-4 times without overwhelming your audience
โ๏ธ Build anticipation and give people time to commit
โ๏ธ Create solid promotional materials
โ ๏ธ Avoid anything shorter than 7 days unless your Event is tied to a major tournament or event. Short notice = low turnout.
Number of Seats
๐ก Less is more (at first).
Start with a lower seat count, then increase it based on demand. This creates a sense of urgency and exclusivity.
Example:
Expecting 50 signups? Set it to 30.
Expecting 25? Set it to 10.
