You love Metafy; we love that you love Metafy. You can leave a written testimonial once for each Metafy Partner you book. If the Partner likes your submission, they’ll feature it on their coaching page for the world to see.

After your first session with a Partner, you will see a notification in your Dashboard encouraging you to leave a testimonial. You can also find it by going to the session page and clicking on the most recent session.

Some Partners offer a one-time discount as a thank-you gift for reviews. The way that works is that once you submit your testimonial (and we’ve received it), a discount code will appear on your dashboard, and you’ll also receive an email.

What should you do?

Just leave a short written testimonial for your Expert by talking candidly about your recent session with them.

How long will this process take?

It typically takes just about 3 minutes. There is nothing to install, and it's 2 questions.

What should you cover?

You will be prompted to rate your Partner, to help get you started. After that you’ll be able to explain, either in written or video form, the reasoning behind your rating. Your review doesn’t have to be long, it just needs to be authentic. If you’re drawing a blank, think about the topics you covered in your session, and any improvements you’ve made as a result of your time with your coach.
